You can also enter your own under my exercises. As far as calories being accurate you could wear a heart rate monitor. I burned 904 calories (per HRM) last Friday getting rid of weeds. And ate all those delicious calories. :smile:

Be tricky, LOL Spend some quality time together.... How about a date night, take her dancing, or a long romantic walk on the beach, or at a park & a picnic that YOU pack with healthy food. Just her moving, It will make her feel better about herself & maybe she'll want to get into it more.

It's all relative to what program you want to do. You can do strength training with just your body weight, resistance bands, or dumbbells. Or get yourself a bench, Olympic bar & a decent amount of weight plates. Craigslist is a cheap place to find all of the above. :smile: You can do a lot at home, see my home gym in below…

I usually just get the question. "What nationality/ethnicity are you?" My Father is French & Scottish, he was born in Mexico. My mother is Argentinian, & German, born in the USA I have brown hair/brown eyes, my sister has blond hair/blue eyes.

Don't waste your money on that set. I'd say get this set, so you can change the weight for different exercises. Don't be scared, you can start with a weight your comfortable with & you can always add more weight when you need more of a challenge. :flowerforyou:…

Just keep losing weight, eventually they will get smaller. And lifting weights helped my arms get smaller, and more shapely. :bigsmile:

I am in the same scenario. He gets the majority of extra calories from jerky, protein shakes, & bars. I also make his meals in larger portions. It's really not hard to manage.

Be patient. Also, you could try changing macros to 40 protein, 35 carb, 25 fat.

There have 20 g protein and are tasty. Cliff builders bars think thin protein bars (even better cold)

It's perfectly normal. I felt the same way when I started doing pullups :smile: It gets better when your body gets used to that exercise.

Sure, you can. (see my home gym pics below) Just get the proper equipment. dumbbells, barbel, bench, whatever you can afford. And so many people just give this stuff away, or sell cheap @ a garage sale, or on craigslist.
