i just tried this today actually and its awesomeeeee!!! they are 230 calorie pizzas. they have these things called "flat out flatbread" the light original ones are only 90 calories, then some light pizza sauce and some cheese, pop it in oven for 10 minutes. enjoy

i have a 5yo and a 1yo on friday. so i excercise while the 1yo naps since the 5yo is at school. =] i thought it would be much harder to find time and stuff but if you really want it you figure it out. WAY TO GO

as a general rule i go with if i/you wouldnt want my/your significant other to do it. it can be talking to others behind their back, talking about suggestive things, obviously anything physical lol

i found at sams club(stepmom found same thing at costco) a box of already breaded cod fish and its only 73 calories per piece a serving is 3 pieces.

100 calorie snack packs are awesome. string cheese is 60-80 calories depending on if u get light or regular. yogurt(yoplait light is 100), yogurt parfaits arent bad either. fruit.

start out easy. i jog in my living room during my fav shows or start out on commercials. its worked for me. ive lost 8lbs in just about a month. i just make sure i dont go over my calories, i cut down soda to once MAYBE twice a week. then do little excercises in my living room while my youngest is napping. or do step ups…
