i went into my setting and looked at how many lbs i set that i wanna lose a week. i looked at the difference between 1.5lbs and 2lbs and went back to my orignal setting. then i noticed that my calorie goal had gone from 1520 to 1470...anyone know why this is??? is it bc ive lost weight or did i do something wrong? thanks…
sooo i was told ur supposed to intake a minimum of 1200 calories a day but then i just read on some other post that its supposed to be 1200 net calories llike after excercise and stuff. which one is it? 1200 under "food" or "net"? thanks!
