Day 37 Plyo finished. Went to the Doc on Friday and got to drop another High Blood pressure pill. This was was an alpha blocker that kept my heart rate in check. So now my heart rate is normal. In fact when Tony said his HRM said 148...mine was exactly 148 too !! I had a good chuckle. I've gone from taking 3 Blood Pressure…

I got back to pushing play today with Back and Biceps/Ab ripper. My sinus infection is at an end(wahoo !). So glad to be pushing play again after my 2 sick days !!

Got my own nasty sinus infection that Started Saturday afternoon and continues to zap me. Will see how I feel when I wake up this afternoon(i'm a 3rd shifter) as if I have to take Monday off. I'm torn...been super healthy not missing a day the 1st 5 weeks. Craaaaaaaaaaaaaap !!!

Back and Biceps(day31) complete. Work has been a *kitten* the last few nights, and I my sleep has been effected. However, I swallowed a protein shake and hit play :). This workout is just loaded with curls !! I matched my Monday reps in the Abripper even with my Plyo-TKOed legs....happy with that. Keep bustin everybody !!
