All I can say is WOW!!! Excellent job! You look fantastic!

Dress number 1 is hot as everyone has said but if it's a work function is it conservative enough. I'd say number 3 for a work function! They all do look very nice though!

I also lower cals on meals before hand and just workout to try to balance it out that same day. I don't carry calories over for another day but I suppose that would work as well. I have a coworker who is on weight watchers and that approach seems to work for her.

To be a size 6-8, do 50 regular push ups, have defined sexy legs and be able to wear a bikini confidently! I also admire runner's and have dreamed on and off of being a runner!

I have a snack like a nestle cow or weight watchers ice cream between 100 to 150 cals and I log on to mfp and look at some of the success stories!

Ditto. I started at 176 after my second child and am now at 152. I had gotten down to 142 but my husband thinks that's too thin. My goal is still 140 though!
