Oh yea and food allergies are not "baloney." I'd like to see you say that to someone who has had a family member die from a food allergy. Honey, they are very real. And yes so are slow metabolisms. Some people have diseases called metabolic disorders. Do some research because these comments are pathetic. I have no…

This comment is really ignorant. You can have biscuits in moderation and still lose weight. As someone else said, you can have anything in moderation and still lose weight. It may not be your preferred method of weight loss, but who are you to judge someone for having a couple of biscuits? With that being said, yeah there…

Hey you are really funny aren't you? So what would you call these statistics from livestock pollution? This is caused by mass producing livestock. The way that livestock is produced in America is no joke. It causes multiple health issues including MRSA an antibiotic resistant staph bacteria which I almost died from three…

This is a ridiculous post. Seriously, if you feel the need to stir up this kind of debate, you should have your own words and wisdom to back it up. I could pull up a study proving just about anything is bad for you these days on the internet. That doesn't make it true. And in fact, some people greatly benefit from…

Thanks Ladies, that is great news! I am going to be doing an hour at a time and I will try to get in some walking as well :)

Women's Multi, Cinnamon, Iron, B complex, and sometimes flaxseed oil

Thanks for all the suggestions so far... great ideas :)

Thanks for the blog... I can't wait to try your almond chocolate butter and hummus recipes.. sounds delicious!

it might sound kinda weird... but I love dancing workouts. So I love to watch music videos and seeing how fit the dancers are inspires and motivates me. Also sometimes if I am being really lazy and I know I am avoiding things or making excuses of myself... I just look in the mirror at myself and what I want to change. It's…

BUMP! That sounds like a recipe I will use!

I am on an eating plan for weight loss.... but due to a metabolic disorder it is crucial that I exercise, because otherwise I never lose weight. But thanks for the info... I have tried Ashtanga a couple times before and enjoyed it. I might try to get back into that.

Thanks for the info and the tip... I might have to look into that Jillian Michaels dvd :)

That's a great idea... I love cauliflower rice I have recently been making that a lot. And I know what you mean about tasting the fatty foods once you haven't eaten them for a while. I had some today and felt so sick after eating it. Straight back on my healthy eating tomorrow!

Yum that sounds delicious thank you! :)
-
OMG that sounds delicious! Thanks so much for sharing... I never would have thought of something like that, but I have to try it now!

Definitely Eggs, Nuts, some Dairy is low carb, Meat. 30 grams is not a lot of wiggle room, but if it's just for one day I would just eat a lot of egg themed meals... they are always a good choice when it comes to carbs.

I know this is a few days late, but I just want to say be very careful if you do decide to exercise on it. My doctor also told me it was "ok" to continue doing things as normal, and actually encouraged me to workout more. This advice lead to permanent nerve damage in my foot :( It wasn't until I saw a proper podiatrist who…

The Kinect is great I love it! The kids love to play Dance Central, The Black Eyed Peas Dance game, Carnival Games, and even the Kinect Adventures game is pretty fun (that one comes with it). I play Your Shape, and am planning on buying the new Zumba Kinect Game.

I just bought some palm sugar myself. After doing lots of research on all sorts of sweeteners, this turned out to be the winner for me. And after tasting it all I can say is yum! As far as how you break it apart.. I just use the fine section of my cheese grater it works great!

As far as fasting goes, I have tried it and any results I ever had were temporary. But that's not to say it doesn't work for some people. But Dr. Oz did a show on it once, and tested it out and said that any weight loss that resulted from it was only temporary. Have you thought about trying alternating calories? Like a…

Thanks for the suggestions :) I will definitely try some of those out. I like to try new products every once in a while to mix things up.

Well I used to sit around a lot playing facebook games that wasted a lot of my time, and didn't help me take any weight off that's for sure. But I have traded them in for Kinect Games on the Xbox like Your shape and I love the dancing ones.

When I was about 10, I was chubby and the neighborhood boys started calling me fat mama thinking it was funny. I have never forgotten that. It lead to me battling with an eating disorder for several years. I also got bullied in high school when I was actually skinny. Some girl decided she didn't like me, and brought three…

can't really see close, but maybe Lisa Rinna?

1/2 a teaspoon is perfect :) You just don't want to do anymore than 1 tsp per day.

You can buy cinnamon pills, or you can just use it on your food. I find it easier to use on food. I usually put in on my oats in the morning, or coffee or pretty much anything that cinnamon goes with :)

PCOS here... and it sucks! Wish I could tell you some great tips, but all I can really say that has ever worked for me is workout out for several hours a day to see any results : ( It's horrible that we have to work so much harder at it for such little gain, but what can you do? The only things I have heard that may help…

Thanks for all the suggestions... I am not sure if my shoe laces are too tight, but I guess I could give it a go with them loosened up and see if it makes a difference. I will also try the suggestions of trying to lean back a little. Since I am flat footed, I think that might be part of the problem.

I do get pain in my feet as well as the numbness, and sometimes my calves start to cramp if I am going too fast. Never heard of compartment syndrome before.
