My failure to be disciplined over the course of the past 7 days does not give cause for me to change my methodology that I successfully utilized for the previous 80+ days. I let my guard down as simple as that. Now time to get back on the right path again, which I have all the confidence in the world I will do.

Very good advice..

(NOT OMAD) * 206.60 * [ -38.40 lbs ] I'm Baaaack! ... and boy is it UGLY (7 day = 10 lb Gain!!) Who would have thought that it would even be humanly possible to gain 10 lbs back during a week of vacation. I confirmed a very powerful truth about myself and just how badly I need to intermittent fasting in my life. I also see…

06/18 - 197.80 (OMAD Day 83) [ -47.20 lbs ] 9g Carbs 24 HOUR FAST I gambled by going with back to back 24 hour fasts as opposed to a 42 hour fast yesterday and it back fired on me a bit. This bounce is unexplained which is to say the body can be at times for me still. I did choose to eat the steak my wife prepared with…

06/17 - 196.80 (OMAD Day 82) [ -48.20 lbs ] 0g Carbs 24 HOUR FAST Heading back down in the right direction, just .40 away from my recent low off of the last 42 hour extended fast. I will have another "go to" meal today in hopes of either staying the same or a bonus would be to get even .20 closer to the low. Either way I…

06/16 - 197.00 (OMAD Day 81) [ -48.00 lbs ] 36g Carbs 30 HOUR FAST A little bit bigger bounce than what I have seen in the past but still nothing to be concerned about. I was wondering if I was just going to bypass the 197's all together. I got the question answered today. I am at hour 24 of a 30 hour fast at the moment.…

06/15 - 196.40 (OMAD Day 80) [ -48.60 lbs ] 0g Carbs 42 HOUR FAST * NEW 30+ YEAR LOW! I was not too far off on my prediction for today :) I am so thankful for the loss and the direction I am heading. I love that I have been able to avoid plateaus on this 80 day journey as that had been such an issue for me in the past.…

06/14 - 198.00 (OMAD Day 79) b]-47.00 lbs[/b *0g Carbs* 24 HOUR FAST Well I said I would re-evaluate the situation after weigh in today. In my mind I needed to be at 197.60 today in order to do another feed day. As it turns out I stayed the same so today I pull the trigger on my next 42 hour extended fast. I have an extra…

06/13 - 198.00 (OMAD Day 78) *0g Carbs* 30 HOUR FAST NEW LOW! A nice surprise today with a bigger loss than expected for an non-42 hour extended fast. I will take in this data point and adjust my schedule accordingly. As you know from the spreadsheet I was scheduled to do a 42 hour extended fast today. That changes now as…

Yes I am not opposed to eating vegetables at all and you see from time to time in my photos I have them added to the plate. I have been a little more restrictive these past couple months more for the sake of being able to repeat my results and not have any unknowns. As I move into maintenance I will be adding different…

I have included a break down of my typical macros. They are usually 65/35/0 on average. I try to get 90-100 grams of protein each day and the rest of the calories come from fat by default as I limit my carbs. I don't subscribe to ingesting higher fat supplements like bullet proof coffee or fat bombs as once your in…

06/12 - 198.60 (OMAD Day 77) *7g Carbs* Wow so awesome that I was able to stay the same after a very nice drop on the last 42 hour fast. This will set me up nicely for the next extended fast for sure. I had one delicious meal yesterday thanks to the great establishment of Waffle House. A nice big 10 oz T-Bone smothered in…

Tracey I can't put into words what this post means to me. Thank you, 100 times thank you!

06/11 - 198.60 (OMAD Day 76) *0g Carbs* I was off by .20 of my estimate as I thought I would come in at around 198.40 based on previous sessions. I think it is safe to say I have now conquered the 200 lb bar. Even MyFitnessPal recognizes this by now showing the bar in my graph. They did not show it when I tagged it the…
-
06/10 - 200.00 (OMAD Day 75) *0g Carbs* I'm very happy with this number today as once again I come back down to between .20 and .60 of my extended fasted weight of 199.80. This sets me up nicely to take out that 200 bar completely with the results of my 42 hour fast which ends at weigh in tomorrow morning. It's pretty cool…

Thanks for the comments. Let me try to answer your questions. 1- I only recently found out that asking them to give you the burritos in a bowl is a something they support. I now see a lot of people requesting this just as they are asking for the burger without the bun at places like Wendy's and McDonald's. Enough people…

Well Sunday for sure
-
06/09 - 200.40 (OMAD Day 74) *36g Carbs* I very much expected this small bounce today which is why I refereed to my visiting into "onederland" as a "tagging" and not fully embracing the notion that that bar had been conquered. If you look at any of the previous bars (5 lb increments) that I conquered the pattern is the…

I'm just checking out the neighborhood today but I plan to take up permanent residence on Sunday. Seriously though Joe, thanks for all you do here. I watched every video on your channel and your "matter of fact" approach to this really hit home with me. I really appreciate you taking the time to leave that legacy for all…

06/08 - 199.80 (OMAD Day 73) *0g Carbs* 42 HOUR FAST NEW LOW! I never thought I would look at this day and be thinking "wow that sure escalated quickly". If someone would have told the fat me at 230 lbs that in just 73 days I would be in One-der-land I would have thought they were full of it. Yet here I stand with another…
-
06/07 - 201.60 (OMAD Day 72) *0g Carbs* As I finish up my 2 feeding days heading into the already in progress 42 hour fast today I noticed that it really does not matter if I eat a bigger meal (<1,800 calories), or keep it closer to 1,200, as I do normally after breaking the fast, the end results are the same. In both…

Let me try to answer your questions: 1- do I find it hard at the end of the day?... To be very honest I believe the fact that I gave up sugar nearly 70 days ago now has resulted in me never having that strong hunger pains like I did when I was eating carbs. I know some people are not going to like to hear that but it…
-
06/06 - 201.40 (OMAD Day 71) *36g Carbs* Not too bad actually. My goal was to hold the progress made on the loss from the 42 hour extended fast and minimize the bounce the following day. I think we can say that has been accomplished. The last time I went through this cycle (after eating 4X) I actually netted an additional…

Thanks so much. I'm want to be in a range of 170-185 depending on how I feel when I get there.

06/05 - 201.20 (OMAD Day 70) *0g Carbs* 42 HOUR FAST NEW LOW! Very nice, very very nice. I am so grateful for this overnight loss and having the discipline enough to hold steady on my fast yesterday. From a hunger stand point it was not bad at all but socially I had a couple challenges that I muscled through and came out…
-
06/04 - 203.20 (OMAD Day 69) *35g Carbs* I expected a bounce today as I upped my calorie intake to closer to 1,800 calories consisting of 35g of carbs. I had planned on something closer to 1,200 on this day but my schedule got rerouted by wife so I adapted. That happens from time to time and I just adjust for it on the…
-
06/03 - 202.00 (OMAD Day 68) *36g Carbs* NEW LOW! What a nice bonus to show a loss of any kind the day after an extended fast, so thankful for that. Typically I bounce from that loss and sometimes as much as +1.60 lbs. So what was the difference this time? Well this is now the second time I have followed up a 42 hour fast…
-
06/02 - 202.20 (OMAD Day 67) *0g Carbs* 42 HOUR FAST * NEW LOW! Wow, even a bigger loss than I had projected. I''m wondering if that was due to me having 4 full days in between extended fasts. Something to take note of for future reference. Any way you slice it I am so thankful for this journey and the progress I have…

06/01 - 203.80 My (OMAD Day 66) 0g Carbs Things are starting to slow down again (as expected) moving back to within .20 of my latest low. What does that mean? Well it means it is time to shake things up with a 40+ hour fast today. I will be driving for about 5 hours and really planned on doing one yesterday but with the…
