I totally agree

I used to be the same way but with making exercise a part of my life instead of feeling like it's a chore helps. I started about 4 months ago and I love it now. I used to hate sweating and making myself exercise but now it is second nature. You just have to ask yourself why you are exercising. When you start feeling the…

Never feel guilty for being safe. If you didn't plan it into your meal or you think you will over eat then def say no. You have to think about you and your progress. You don't want to mess it up because you feel guilty saying no. There are going to be plenty of other people there to eat it. Have fun and enjoy but don't let…

So sorry to hear about your friend. I hope she recovers soon. Keep your head up and stay positve :flowerforyou:

Wow you have been through so much. Just stay positive and you are right this is a life style change. Take it day by day and do your best. Always remember why you are doing this and before you know it it will become second nature to you. I know you can do it and good luck. If you need support and motivation please add me as…

Hells no I look forward to getting off work to begin to get my workout in. I don't get up early enough to workout and if I don't do it as soon as I get off then I know I will slip back in to my bsing ways. I don't even make a stop after work to run errands just straight home and get my workout in then whatever needs to be…

Not at all that is what this world needs more of. Don't take it personal though it's their loss.

I have to agree. A few weeks ago I started a new exercise program which has me doing exercises that I have never done before. For the first couple of weeks every inch of my body ached but I kept with the program got my body used to the exercises and during the third week I was hardly in pain anymore. Sometimes your body…

I totally agree with you. With moderation you can still eat your favorite guilty pleasures. I hate vegetables and love my chips and fries. I still have them every week but in moderation. That is the key word MODERATION.

I don't completley know what you are going through but the best I can say is to try not to obsess about it. You already lost a great amount of weight. You just have to be patient and continue eating healthy and exercising and before you know it the lbs will melt away. My life style change has finally become second nature…

You are def not eating enough. Most of the days your under 1200 calories which is a bit crazy. Please up your calorie intake then you will see the weight come off. Also measure yourself because the scale fluctuates so much that isn't a real indicator of weight loss.
-
Without being able to see your diary it is hard to say. You may be eating too many calories. Are you measuring your foods? Are you eating foods that contain a lot of sodium? You also want to cut down on the fruits they contain a lot of sugar.
-
If you are really serious and committed please add me. I am very serious about my life style change and wouldn't mind having another serious friend to help support and motivate each other. Good luck on your journey I know you can do it.

I love chipolte and I get the burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita vegatables, chicken, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. And that is only 540 calores and you don't have to skimp on the good stuff. MMMMM most likely going to get it tonite. Enjoy
-
You can def add me. I am very commited and this is a life style change for me which I have been on for almost 3 months. Usually within the first few weeks I will do well then make up some kind of excuse not to continue. But this time I really made a change and am doing this for life. I know you can do it too. Good luck on…

I haven't gotten the DVD's yet and right now I am doing Rev Abs. But Insanity was my next program and I can't wait. Seeing these results makes me want to do it even more. Thanks for even more motivation to do Insanity

I rarely shave since I don't have much leg hair and you can't tell by looking or feeling my legs. But when I feel like it I use Nair to get it all off and I do my entire leg.

I'm going to have to agree with you. I workout at home so I really dont' care how funky I get when I workout. Plus you should be showering afterwards anyway so what does it matter. And I use Dove Clinical Strenght deo which I love

First I want to congratulate you on your new life style change. I suggest you start off slow by maybe walking for 30-40 minutes a day. Then you can increase your exercise level. Of course it will be discouraging if you just start a new exercising program and you haven't worked out in years. You need to take it slow to get…

Don't be too hard on yourself about 2 lbs that isnt much at all and it could easily be water retention. The best thing to do is take measurements and use that and the way your clothes fit to measure your progress. The scale can be so deceiving especially if you are not watching your sodium intake. Keep it ip and stay…
-
From looking at your diary you are consumming a lot of sodium. That is one thing you really want to watch and limit more. Also, you want to be more consistent with your excercising. It looks like your doing it but just here and there. Try to get in at least 3-4 times of exercise a week then slowly increase it as you get…

1200 is definely too low. I suggest going online to a few different sites and see what they suggest what calories you should eat to loose than take the in between number. That is what I did to get me at 1500 and that is working great for me. Also make sure to drink plenty of water and watch your sodium intake.
-
I totally agree you need to up your calories and make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

I have been on the depo shot for over 6 years. Yes I have gained weight, but that was mostly because I ate whatever I wanted and hated to exercise. Within the last couple months I made my life style change and started eating healthier and exercising regularly. I have lost 16 lbs so far and I do not see the depo as…

600 is extremely low. I agree with everybody else please eat more. I would hope you want to be healthy not to starve yourself. To answer the question I eat 1500/day
-
I looked at your diary and even though you are set at 1700 calories you are not reaching that at all. I think you should eat at least 1500 calories a day and drink water. I don't see any water logged in your diary and that will really help. Depending on your weight and height determines wether your calories are too much. I…

Well I include it in my exercise calories. I don't live with my man and with our busy schedules we only have time to see each other a couple times a week so for me that is not a part of my normal routine. I read that if you have sex for 30 min it burns 150 calories.
-
We all have those days. You just have to remember why you are doing this. For me it is a life style change and eating healthy and exercising is now natural. Not to get on you but I can't stand when someone needs another person to motivate them. You know why you decided to go on a diet or life syle change and that has to be…

I get the same thing. Some tell me I need better sneakers. But I found the longer I do it and push through the longer I can do the elliptical without getting the numbness. Now don't get me wrong my feet still get numb but I can do the elliptical longer without getting numb.

I think it is good that you are thinking about your neighbors but you have to get your workout in. As long as you are doing it at a decent time I don't think you should have an issue. You don't want to compromise your workout because you don't want to bother somebody else. They will get over it. And if you feel bad about…
