I make a dressing, equal parts EVOO and lime juice with a little bit of cumin. whisk well then add to the quinoa. Chopped cilantro also, red onion and corn if you have it.

BOTH!- I eat eggy oats that way I get my carbs and my protein. If I eat them separate I feel that I eat way too much.

Don't give up, log in every day and log everything that you eat. Be accurate when you measure your food. Eat clean and workout everyday. You'll see results.

It is all very confusing. My calorie goal is 1450 and I am doing 30 Carb 25 Fat 45 Protein; trying to lose weight. Not sure if I am calculating right.
