Don't worry about it. You'll get faster. The c25k program is building up your endurance to be able to run for the full 30 minutes without stopping. Concentrate on that for now. Don't know if you're into audiobooks at all, but Will Wheaton does an excellent job with this book.

This is the reason I use it too. I don't like the protein drink with just water and adding milk adds too many calories. I don't really like the taste of almond milk by itself, but you can't really taste it over the protein powder.

In March 2010, I was 29 (about to hit 30 in July) and weighed in at 285lbs. Now I'm about to turn 32 and have gotten down to 208 and still losing.

I work on the 3rd floor of my office building. Everytime I need to go to the restroom, I go to the one on the first floor so that I have to come back up the stairs to get back to my desk. It has helped quite a bit with building stamina for the stairs. I don't huff and puff as much as I used to.

I have an Australian Shepherd that I've starting riding a bike with. They have a device out now that hooks onto your bike to keep them trotting beside you rather than in front or behind you.
