Today I burned 448 calories (ripped in 30 & Banish fat boost metabolism 3 circuits). im at 1689 so far so still got 1389 to go - just over half way there!

Got back into exercise today properly. So my week so far: Monday-Wednesday - 633 calories burned walking/cleaning etc Thursday - 608 burned - ripped in 30 & Tae bo Going to aim for 3000 total this week, which means 1759 left to go!

I moved up when I was ready, so I did 4 days of level 1, then onto level 2, 10 days of level 2 and the rest on level 3 combining with another level

Yes. I was always really slim until I had 2 children with 18 months apart, put on a ton of weight when pregnant but working on losing it now and getting back to old figure

Ive been on depo for a month and has not slowed down my weight loss at all, i lose about 2lbs per week. It did make me feel hungry when I first started (like when I have been pregnant) but I ignored the extra cravings and within about a week they had gone anyway

Only 2639 so far this week, I was feeling so worn out at the beginning of the week that I decided to have a light exercise week of mainly walking, will be back on track next week though

Are you tracking your sodium? Drinking enough water? Too much sodium or too little water can lead to water retention which will make you feel bloated.

I ended up at 4124 this week, so a little short of my 4300 goal- i'll try again next week

As of yesterday now at 3589, going to be working out again today for an hour and then will also go for a walk tomorrow, might not manage to also get a walk in today though
