I take a hydration backpack. I've tried a few but finally found one I'm happy with which is pretty small but holds up to 2 litres of water which is fine for me..anything over a 10k I take water as I find I dehydrate easily.

My youngest is 5 now but I joined mfp when my middle child (now 7) was a few months old. I did excercise dvds when they had their naps or were in bed...if my older ones (2years apart) wouldn't nap they joined in. Something like Gillian Michaels 30 day Shred worked well as it's only just over 20mins long

So far: 1/12 - 5.5 2/12 /- Rest 3/12 - 4.1 (1 mile warmup & 5k temp) Total - 9.6/90 Miles I found todays run really hard mentally. I have struggled a lot in teh past mentally with running, thinking I cant do it, which then of course leads to me not being able to do it! The plan today was a tempo 5k at about 8:35 minute…

Enjoy! The gallerys of justice in Nottingham are great fun!

Where abouts in UK are you going to be?
-
First month back to the challenge since April I think, I have been very ill this year with severe anemia and then (unrelated) jaw surgery so not been able to commit to this. This month Im aiming for 90 Miles as that is what I need for 1000 for the year. So far: 1/12 - 5.5 Total - 5.5/90 Miles
-
Once you are recovered from surgery you can start walking. I lost aot of weight post c section initially just by diet then added in walking until I could finally exert properly
-
I'm 5' 7" and my goal weight is 126. It's about me, no-one else!

Hi I'm 37, mum of 3 from UK. Feel free to add me
-
I would love to be added as well, I'm 37 and this is definitely much harder!
-
I weigh myself everyday in the morning, I find it helps me to stay on track
-
Can I ask why that is? I find linking my Garmin very useful as I do a lot of running and need the extra calories. Am I missing something?
