Achieved my goals today :) I had 30ds and c25k to do, did my run before breakfast and just done 30ds as well & im still hiding from the scales!

I love 30ds, Ive not tried turbofire so cant comment on that one but would def recommend 30ds, the results are amazing (and im only half way through!)

Ive done a few days of level 3 as well to mix it up, i find it easier than level 2 actually, its a lot more strength work though!

Im not sure for me as I have recently given birth (10 weeks ago) so my cycles are not back to normal yet but I have heard a lot of people say that they do weigh as much as 5lbs more before they have their period.

I've done my 30ds for today - on day 15 now so half way through (yay!) I can def tell a big difference in my hip area already,c ant wait to see the finished results now!

Can I join too? My goals this week are: 1.30 day shred everyday 2.couch to 5k 3x per week (sunday/tuesday & thursday) 3.not to weigh myself all week until sunday (was getting very obsessed!) I achieved all my goals on sunday :)

I get rid of them as soon as they are too big, im determined to keep the weight off so I dont see any need to keep them (pma!). I put a load of things on ebay and made quite a nice bit of money as well :)
