First ever race today. Was a 5k and my time was 29:47, I really wanted to get a sub 30 time so Im very happy with that. Lots to take away and learn for future races I think but all in all very happy.

Ive been on holiday for a week so lots to catch up on. DId some running but limited and it really showed when I went out for a run last night as was my slowest time in months.
