Sweet deal! I wish I could be alone in the office! I work in a building with no less than 30 people on any given day & they all keep walking up & down the hall in front of my door!

Whether they reply or not, just know that your story has encouraged someone! Good luck!

We've all been there & anyone who says they haven't is lying! You've made the biggest step by logging in now & asking for encouragement. That's what MFP is about! I'm new to this myself, but I've been trying to lose for nearly 5 years, so I can only encourage you not to allow a set-back to become a go-back. It's so much…

The "Just Dance" games for the Wii are lots of fun & a decent workout, too. Try checking for updated Zumba routines on YouTube. Good luck!

Mom to her child: "Boy, sat down!" Instead of "sit" down. Client: "I got fired & it weren't even my fault." Co-worker: "My church is getting together to pray for the community, the city, the state, the country AND America."

Then you should watch "Jane Eyre," if you haven't already. Not Austen's, but very Austen-esque.

I'm an "old soul" (so my grandma would say) & country, so I never get tired of "Fried Green Tomatoes" and "Steel Magnolias." I can also sit through "Grease" as many times & you can play it!

At my worst, I could eat an entire pack of Double Stuf Oreos in a single day. And then, to keep my hubby from knowing what I'd done, I'd buy another pack to replace it & eat some of those, too!

At least twice weekly (more if I'm feeling brave) In the buff (as God intended) After the potty (who needs the extra ounces?) I only record the weight when there's a loss

I love: "Making the outside match the inside!"

Wow! I'm so excited to have found so many others who are taking a spiritual approach to their weight loss! For anyone interested, Amazon.com offers the "Made to Crave" devotional as a free Kindle download. I'm reading both & both have blessed my efforts!

I know for me, I used to justify my overindulgence by saying, "I've been so good all day. I deserve these cookies. I'll just eat less tomorrow." If you're eating them only when you just get home, try substituting another action in place of this habit. Maybe have a healthier choice within reach. Or, write yourself a note &…
