Yup. I had F cups between weight gain and breastfeeding and bought a size 4. I'm now down to a DD and it's getting pretty loose but still does the job better than my Under Armour one. They're expensive but what else can ya do. (By the way double bra-ing it didn't work for me).

I just LOL'd. My SIL has given me a few for free, I don't even know why. The first time I was a normal weight and it didn't do anything. The second and third I was obese by BMI terms and it still didn't do anything.

If anyone has any low calorie freezer meals (make ahead, freeze, and pop in oven/crockpot) it would be GREATLY appreciated! I am a horrid cook and hardly get myself to do it while on winter break. When this next semester starts my family may starve :# On another note I made Turkey Taco Chili Mac this week and it was SO…

I also have PCOS! I have lost 40 out of 60 lbs that came along with my miracle baby (and bed rest!). I honestly did not shed a pound until I started the pill, and I also do better with low carb (but I really don't follow that so much). Feel free to send a request! You can do it!

I have PCOS and have found I do better with low carb. BUT...I love them. ;) That said, I usually skip out on breads but will have a potato or other carb as a side, and even sometimes make pasta for dinner. I never completely cut out carbs and have still lost 40 lbs even with a 'sensitivity' to them.

Wonderful transformation! And a beautiful family! :D

I have a cheap/old Polar HRM. I am looking into getting something that can provide constant HRM, since I found out within the last few months I have a heart condition. Not sure what to invest in yet.

I just joined the 4 week one! I would love to do the 6 month but I'm at my last 20 lbs and I'm scared my losses will slow too much. If anyone's doing the 4 week send me a request!

No, I am a lame-o. I did have a gym membership but it was more work to get a sitter and all that then to go work out baha. But I have lost nearly 40 lbs with at home videos so it works  I see you posted a challenge! I like the minutes + the small strength. I am still pretty weak so that's cool.
-
I love the challenges! Hoping for something other than miles though as my heart can't take running and it's too cold to walk with my toddler in the stroller :D

Start MFP weight: 210 Start weight for Challenge: 174 Goal Weight for Challenge: 150 Ultimate Goal Weight: 150 Lbs to Lose: 24 I feel ambitious, but my wedding dress alterations need done the beginning of April so here's to kicking the butt of the last 1/3!

Eeeek count me in please. I am basically going to C&P what I just posted as a thread instead of trying to be original. I'm too tired for original. I am feeling very stuck (and as the title says desperate) for some supportive MFP friends. I lost 35 lbs in about 4 months, went on vacation, and never came back for 2 months.…

Great job, you look great! Let me say, I am in on this boob thing. I was an F at my highest weight, currently down to a DD at almost 40 lbs lost. I can only pray my ta-ta's will get back down to a C-D, I'm over it :D
-
Wonderful job! You look great! But OMG how did you get in the Tardis?! My jaw dropped lol, I wasn't ready for that.
-
Thank you! That's an interesting compliment haha.

I just ate 100 calorie kettle corn. It's pop-secret. And delicious.

Although our backgrounds are very different, I'm about to be starting my 2nd semester and have managed to lose nearly 40 lbs all with an A in Anatomy & Physiology ;) I'm on here every day stalking my friends, feel free to send me a request. I have about 25 more lbs I'd like to lose by April.
-
This is honestly the first time I've noticed a difference in my self at all! But I really do avoid cameras like the plague. This is a 35 lb difference. I know it's not too dramatic but it's something

Great job!

I can't even wrap my mind around putting this much thought into going to a party.

My start weight was 210, but I just wanted to say I LOVE Turbo Jam! I have heart problems as well as 1000 nagging aches and pains, but Turbo Jam and calorie deficit lost me 35 lbs! I took a 2 month break and now started it again, can't wait to see more results. It's so easy to modify when I need to, and it's about the…

Congrats, you look great! And I totally agree! I lost about 30 lbs, and then went on vacation. A "I'll just take a week break" turned into 2 months. I came back about a month ago in a lazy fashion and have lost 5 more (not counting last week, that was vacation #2 haha) and I feel great to be kicking butt again!

Congrats! And SOOO jealous of all your DW pics!
-
WOW! Great job!!! How tall are you? I started at a similar weight and can only dream I'll look like your after pic someday! Congratulations!

I was told I wouldn't have kids when I was still a kid! (I was 13-14). Well, now I have a 15 month old :) And I never used contraceptives until after she was born cause I am not ready for another shall another miracle appear! Unfortunately I gained all the weight WHILE pregnant (bed rest) so I can't account for that part,…
