Am I the only one that just snorted?

Cracker Barrel has one too, as well as Denny's (they have low cal breakfast too) but I can't say I enjoyed either of them very much :D

When I used to game all I did was shove my face full of snacks between rounds of COD :(

I hate to say it but I am so glad you guys are saying it gets boring. I am a SAHM to a 15 month old and in school full time. My fiance works 16 hour days 6 days a week so I would love some free time right now! :D

Hey ladies! I am getting married on May 6th! While I didn't start losing weight for my wedding, it sure is some motivation now that I feel like it's creeping up. I lost 30 lbs over a little less than 4 months, and would ideally like to reach my first goal (30 more) before alterations. Then after that there will be a little…

I did NOT stay active, in fact I had a rough pregnancy and was on bed rest almost the entire time (and gained 60 lbs, not including baby, to show!!!). But I wanted to come to be a cheerleader cause that is awesome of you ladies! Pregnancy is so miserable for some people and to be trudging through to stay healthy is AWESOME!

I weight once a week which is 'rarely' to my old habits (multiple times a day, I know I know). Like others said, I can't lose without keeping track of where I am. Besides, I have lost over 30 lbs (which puts me half way to my goal) and somehow the same clothes still fit! So I would be so frustrated if I only did that.

Lol. I was actually about the most annoying patient ever during my pregnancy. I am just shaken up and out of my zone with a cardiologist. I don't really know why you think pointing out that you have never had that happen was helpful, at all. Not really sure what you're trying to achieve...

Is there actually a reason for your comments? So you never ever forget anything and you are a perfect person. Pat on the back. Congratulations. I didn't discuss anything then walk out. We didn't discuss anything. Besides, I panic when I'm told there's something wrong with my heart, you know that one organ you REALLY REALLY…

Just eat more, you will be fine. 800 calories burnt is a lot for someone at such a low weight. What are you doing?

First, amazing loss already! Second, I don't really think about 'slip ups'. I am the type of person that if I deny myself something, it will drive me crazy and I'll end up binge eating later! Luckily I enjoy healthy food, so I don't usually want junk. But when I do, I refuse to hold it against myself. Sure, we all go off…

Love this! Everyone has done an amazing job! I notice a lot of the pics look like stretch marks are like gone! Is this a normal thing to expect? I got most of my during my pregnancy but I also gained 60 lbs so you know. ;)
-
Good job! I reached that one recently as well!

Amazing job!

I agree, mine were a little different during nursing and I know some people can vary a lot! I hope it gets better for you, I am self conscious about my chest too. They went from a C-D, to an F from nursing/weight gain, and currently a DD. They are a bit...sad. :'(

Unfortunately I kind of made this mistake! But the good news is, I can exercise! That's about all he said, but I have been stopping anytime I get 'abnormal' chest pain. Today is the first time I did some cardio for 30 minutes in months and feel okay! So an update if anyone is curious, I do have a partial diagnosis. As it…

It is believed to be from birth, when I was a child I couldn't run or keep up with kids without the bad chest pains, but there aren't definite answers yet. Soon, I hope. I will inquire about a nutritionist after I speak to my cardiologist next week.

First, sorry I had poofed. It's crazy at school right now and I haven't had time to jump back on here. Second, I really do appreciate all the advice. "Go to your doctor" might seem obvious, but honestly I hadn't even asked. The cardiologist hadn't actually said to take it easy, but I go back in about a week and a half so I…

Trust me it hasn't been going fast these days  School, just took a week long vacation, stress eating! I appreciate all your helpful advice!

Whenever I was exercising and very diligent about my calories, I lost 2-3 lbs a week, which slowed to 1.5-2. Nothing unhealthy here. I have a long history with EDs so it is very top priority during my weight loss to do it in a safe way (mentally and physically).

Phew! Thank you guys for the needed words! I have never gained a lot of weight, therefore never lost a lot of weight. I am just panicking that no matter how hard I work, what if it can not be achieved? That is scary. As for the gym, I have seriously toned down my commitment to exercising and have only been calorie…

I'm not going to jump to the 'you're eating to much card', but I am going to use the 'have you seen a doctor?' one. I'm not 30 yet, but I can tell you I ate and exercised like a crazy perfectionist for 4 months without losing 3 lbs. I have PCOS (which I already knew) but I had never gained significant weight before to try…

Bump for later!

No. I've dealt with ED's for way too many years, I understand the mindset from a personal perspective. Skip the weigh in tomorrow. You know it could be triggering. It took me a long time to be okay to lose weight in a healthy manner. A LONG time to be okay with it. It won't work if you aren't okay with it. I went from…

Hope! So much hope! I was a 36DD pre-pregnancy, fast forward a lot of weight and breastfeeding, 40F! They're already pretty flappy, I just want them to SHRINK! I think I may be a cup size down, I haven't had a chance to check but my bra is very loose. BFing comments, jeez! You can have your opinion without throwing out…

Do I have to know anything about Doctor Who? :embarassed: I've been wanting to try a MFP challenge! I mean, I guess I can watch the show if I must, I hear great things about it anyways! You guys can stick me in whatever group you need someone in, since I don't know what they mean anyways.

I'm on week 6 of turbo jam (first max results, now fat burning) and have lost almost 15 lbs! I want to do turbo fire next but it looks reallyyyy intimidating to my fitness level.

When I was pregnant (and on bedrest mind you) a nurse weighed me and said "Wow you're getting fat. You need to stop drinking milk.". Yeah, that didn't go over well. The OB was a quack too, I switched shortly after.
-
I was underweight pre-pregnancy (unhealthily), and gained a LOT while on bedrest for 6 months. I lost 30 as soon as I delivered my daughter, so I don't count that, but I have lost almost 15 within the last 6 weeks with a LOT of hard work. I had to start from scratch. My body was so deteriorated from bed rest that I could…

You ladies look awesome! My wedding is next May, 41.5 weeks. I've lost 10 lbs so far and want to lose about 50 more. I can't say I'm doing it mostly for our wedding, but since we're going to the Bahamas it sure is a motivator!
