  • instead of using a taco or fajita seasoning packet (they are the worst with sodium) just add oregano, cumin, and some read pepper to your dish.
  • Just keep with it. It is hard at first but then all of a sudden in a few weeks or a month from now your body will crave running and the runner high you get and it is sooo much better than sugar!
  • Way to go!! Empowering isn't it! I always about drive myself crazy when I end up with extra calories and am able to treat myself. I can never decide on a treat b/c the calories feel so precious to me I often can not find a treat "worthy" of my extra calories!

  • Way to go! If you go to Hulu.com you can watch a NOVA show called Marathon Challenge. I found this show very inspirational and would be a great motivator for you. I have never ran a marathon before, but I am hoping to start training after the new year to run one next September. Good Luck Cindy

  • We always eaten pretty healthy, just alot of it :smile: We live in AK so food cost are high anyways. Cheap fast food places have never been our downfall; it has always been going out 3 or more times a week for full course meals. Since we cut that out and only been cooking from home our costs have gone way down.
