Yes anything salty. Lately I've been eating garlic stuffed olives, and they help with the salt cravings. Plus the olives help with the eating Greek challenge.

Well this week started out great I got down to 168 yesterday morning. Then the rest of the day pretty much went down hill. It's certainly not hard for me to see where the 2lb gain came from. I was worried about my weight loss this week. I went to the movies with my mom and sister, and ate popcorn, a lot of popcorn.
