I am back on track after a couple of very hectic weeks. Today I logged everything and got back to the gym. I feel so much better mental and physically when I have a routine. We have six weeks left in our challenge group and I need to work hard in order to reach my goal. Who's with me?!?!

I am also starting over. I had knee replacement surgery in October 2012 and am ready to get back to it! I would love to have some "friends" to help keep me honest and motivated. We can help each other finish this time!
