As silly as this sounds, look yourself in the mirror EVERY DAY and say something positive TO yourself ABOUT yourself. I used to have the hardest time looking at myself in the mirror and this simple exercise helped me immensely. Good luck and if you can't shake it, professional help is never a thing to be ashamed of either.

My absolute favorite smoothie is: Chocolate protein powder, fiber powder, Peanut butter and Oatmeal (tastes like no bake cookies)! Sometimes a little coconut oil. This keeps me full until lunch and is very tasty!

FIBER!! Make sure you are reaching your fiber goal every day. Add fresh vegetables, rice and beans to your menu. If you can't eat enough fiber, try the fiber powder.
