Best feeling for me is when I'm dripping in sweat and the following day when my muscles are sore. It reminds me that this is a marathon and not a sprint and in the end of it all, I did it and it was worth it.

My biggest tip... to remove the word CAN'T from your vocabulary. I also have to constantly tell myself "no excuses". IF you're a writer, create a blog and keep up with everything you do, list your goals, write about your feelings, etc. I do it and it's a great help! fat2fitmama.blogger.com

It's funny. After my shower this morning, I wrapped myself in the towel and thought about how good it will feel when I can wrap the towel all the way around without anything showing! A great victory indeed! I'm almost there too... another couple of inches!
