I love water. But for those of you who hate it try the propel packets I can't remember how many calories are in the packs but they make it taste great and you get the vitamins that you need.

Mine is for sure in the boobs all the time I don't have much there but it is always the first and my face. I want it to leave the tummy area thats where it is most noticable, thats where I gained all the weight is in my tummy.

Have you had the Healthy Choice soups I find those are the best and if you need some flavor I use pepper or a dash of low sodium tony's.

I walk on the treadmill or at home for 45 min a day. If I eat right and drink lots of water will I still loose the weight? I have 15-20 pounds to lose before I get pregnant or shall I say I am trying now and hope to get rid of the weight. Does anyone have any other ideas that could help me???

I have a hard time not eating salad without dressing. But lately I just sqeeze lemon or lime juice just to give it some flavor and it taste really good.

They say to eat pasta the day before a big rum it gives you all your carbs for the next day. Thats what my friend does everytime before a big run it seems to help her. I did eat pasta before my big run and it made me feel energized that morning and not sluggish. Good luck:smile:

Make a note on your computer everyday to help remind you. When you get to work or home have the list of what you have ate that day and log it.
