today was a lot harder... my muscles are still sore from yesterday. the bicycle crunches and jump rope are my personal enemies. they need to go away. as soon as I was done I took my 4 dogs on their independent walks. took about 45 minutes. so that's a plus. well, I had to go update the spreadsheet, when I weighed in this morning i had lost several pounds. I'm getting so close to my goal weight. maybe Jillian can help me gain some muscle too =)

well earlier this week I was 134.4, weighed today and i'm 127.4... so I guess my goal is changing to 122.4. that's 2 pounds from my FW goal!!

just to throw this out there. everyone always tells me I don't need to lose weight, but I have PCOS and one of the biggest symptoms is obesity, and 80% of those diagnosed get diabetes. I want to shed a few pounds and keep on top of my body so that I don't fall into either of those categories!!:wink:

wow, nice to see there are so many of us out there who look so similar. I'm 5'5", original weight 145, 24.5 inch thigh, now i'm 134, with 23 inch thigh. I've got biggish thighs and "breeder's hips" too. I think my ideal thigh would be 20 inches or less
