I did this a few years ago with great success ( lost 17 lbs). I've gained it all back plus some, so I started again today. Gloriously sore... I can't recommend it enough

I actually logged the foods I've been eating and realized I'm getting more calories than I thought, but thanks for the replies, I'm going to continue to log my foods just to be sure!

Hey guys, I'm from Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. Almost to my goal weight and just joined Gold's Gym with the hubby. I'm super excited for this weekend, all the new ****'s Sporting goods stores are gonna open, hoping to buy a new weight set with the coupons I got in the mail!! Any one else going to the grand openings?

I had slight knee pain during and some through out the day. I went and got the GNC joint supplements and after 4 day of that (and 7 days of pain) it went away, I even tried the low impact "Anita" moves and it didn't help me. Good luck, just take care of that joint and do your stretches

level 3 is KILLING my back! I think it's the superman things, and all the plank stuff. I cheated several days last week, but I'm back on my game and can't wait to see the difference. gotta go to work! hope you al have a great workout!!

Level 3 isn't as bad as I thought it would be.. but still no piece of cake. I'm definitely following Anita more than before.

L2 D10 done!!! I REALLY hope that L3 is easier. Off to get dolled up for a big meeting today. I only see my boss 3-4 times a year and today is one of those lucky days :noway: (she's talks the big talk, but can't walk the walk)

I would love to see what others tried, myself I can't seem to loose anything from the tummy/thigh area!! but I'm not as symptomatic as most. I wasn't diagnosed until I started TTC.

well, I'm taking the day off of shredding. Level 2 has sooo much more impact, My knee has flared up again. So hot and cold compresses for the poor thing today and 2 days off of work should have it healed soon....I hope

I died during circuit 3... I get ovarian cysts a lot (PCOS) and I guess I had one that twisted during the workouts, or burst... I was about to pass out... I couldn't finish the last cardio segment but I pushed through the abs. so I say it still counts as my workout for the day.

I love this challenge, and I used to hate water!!! My work does not allow liquids on the sales floor, and as the store manager I have to stay on the floor all day..... it makes getting my water in really hard... maybe I could get a Dr's not allowing me to have my water at the register :laugh:
