I'm currently doing INSANITY as well. My suggestion is to make sure you're eating enough...and the quality of the food you're consuming DOES MATTER. Yesterday was my super hungry day, so I ate a couple hundred calories more than I usually do. Good luck! (this is my second go-round with INSANITY)

You'll get your heart rate up....so is that what your goal is? You could also just do jumping jacks, pushups, burpees, squats....and repeat.

Maybe you could try INSANITY after P90x. P90 or 10 min trainer may not help you maintain because they aren't going to be hard enough. Just my opinion. :)

I love P90x. I started my first round last February, and lost 20 pounds, then I did a round of INSANITY and lost 9 more pounds. Hi, I've done P90X and INSANITY, I loved them both. When I first started P90X I couldn't do "regular pushups". I was only able to do "girl pushups"...and not very many. Now I can pound out at least 30 regular pushups before starting to sweat. (i started these programs 6 months ago). I can do the workouts without feeling…

I don't allow the bad stuff in my house. I don't buy it....AT ALL. I skip the BAD isles at the grocery store. Its hard, but the gratification you get while you're eating it doesn't last, you immediately feel bad, you have to remember that it makes you feel bad.

Don't workout on a completely empty stomach. You need fuel otherwise you'll burn out too fast during your workout.

Yes, resistance bands, a mat, and a yoga block with be enough. You'll have to find a way to do the pullup excersise using the resistance bands. I also suggest a HR monitor.

I've been doing INSANITY and P90X. INSANITY is basically crazy cardio. Seriously. My heartrate stays evelvated from the warm-up all the way to the cool down.
