i didn't gave birth but i have beer belly that acquired in 3 years addiction to beer. Now, im trying to be healthy. i have stretch marks too. I have seen some good pilates exercise for muffin top. It seems promising. u might wanna check it out

Im all addicted to this site now. I even downloaded it on my phone for easy recording! It made me motivated to exercise more because i can visually see how it deducted on my total calorie intake. Like i can eat something because i know i can burn it of! hehe!

Hi! i got a question. I went back to fitness just for a month now. I swim about 3-4x a week and badminton once a week and sit ups at night. when i started i was on 1600 kcal. I didin't loose any weight. I don't get it. Should i changed my exercise? what is the best exercise i should do?
