I need help! I swim and play badminton about 3-5x a week. However, it doesn't tone up my muscles in my tummy, I don't like to be muscular and afraid to go to the gym. Any suggestions?
Hi! I just started recently. Swimming and badminton is my cardio exercise that i do 3-5x a week. However, cardio doesn't tone me up. I need another exercise that can tone me up and also that fit on my swimming . Any suggestions?
