  • The best ones, in my opinion, are the Healthy Choice Steamers. A lot of fiber, reduced sodium and great portions with lots of veggies. My favorite is the chicken red pepper alfredo. Delicious. 260 calories. Yum!
  • Never tried Zumba, but I LOVE Cardio Kickboxing the best. I don't do it very often, but I love it.
