I cannot seem to rebuild my ab muscles due to C section. Even after intensive workouts for two months, I still really struggle. I have more than a pooch, but I just can't get the strength back, so I feel your pain!

It's a catch 22- either low cal drinks or higher cal with non artificial sweetners. I'd do juices and water them down if you can- it gives a lighter flavor and less cals. I did cardio with insanity, but I would take rest day as a rest day. I did insanity in the morning and cardio at night twice a week. It's all about what your body can handle! Good luck!

According to Shaun T, a pair count as one- However, I think that they (on the video) count singles AND I counted singles. The important thing is that you count the same way each time you do the test, so that you can really measure your progress.
