Thankyou eveyone! I try to stick to breakfast lunch and dinner and when i feel like i want to snack I take my dogs for a walk or go on the Wii Fit and just keep busy,Another good way to help to lose weight is to drink a glass of water just befor a meal and that way you dont feel you can eat as much :) anyway good luck! :)
