Heyy,Im New!!

Hey im new to MFP, My names Megan im 18 years old always wanted to lose weight but found it hard not sticking to a diet, just found this site by looking though the Market Download app on my phone,i started a diet last week by cutting out snacks and stuff and ive just lost 3 pounds! its a shame i dident find this sooner but im stating this tomurrow and hopefully my lifestyle will change! :D

Hopefully ill get to know alot of people on here :) if you want to know anything elas feel free to ask :) x

    hey i'm new too! and i'm 18! i struggle with dieting as well! How can you say no to snacks and all that stuff? that is what i struggle with the most....

    I try to stick to breakfast lunch and dinner and when i feel like i want to snack I take my dogs for a walk or go on the Wii Fit and just keep busy,Another good way to help to lose weight is to drink a glass of water just befor a meal and that way you dont feel you can eat as much :) anyway good luck! :)
