I think in general men can lose more easily than women its just in their design they were designed for the hunt so naturally need to have more muscle and be faster, women were designed to bear children and gather so they didnt need to be as fast or have as much muscle ,,,,,,,,,,,,, But we dont exactly live a caveman…

Oh also or those asking what i do to reach 600cals ,,, most days i do 60 minutes on a stationary bike on the hardest program which offers high resistace i also do this at a hgh intensity i use a hrm monitor to track my cals burnerd its a polar watch so more accurate than the bike which tells me im burning up to 200 higher…

I actually find them to be the least picky yes they dont eat meat but they are usually the types that are more experimental with food and will happily try many different things and eat at more alternative places when you take meat away they have to find new ways to make things taste good etc so therefore will try and eat…

well you lose salts etc and become dehaydrated so tend to crave salty fatty foods also i think its part psycological when your hung over you feel bad so you want something bad for you to help with feeling awful

My personal view is do whats right for you in the day your in not everybody is the same and not everyday is the same listern to your body if you put in a big workout and burn 500 cals for example and after you start to feel hungry then eat till you are satisfied but not stuffed if after your work out you dont feel hungry…

I was the same for the first month or so but now it doesnt hurt at all i actually had big black bruises on my butt , i think eventually you get used to it , i also use mine everyday so that might have helped with how quick i got used to it

I dont i just dont like the taste , i figure soft drink or soda as you guys call it is a treat and so when i do have it i just have a normal coke i just limit it to like a couple of times a month and basically just drink water the rest of the time ,,, if i liked the taste though id probably have it more often

The thought of the whole process is kinda creepy i cant imagine being like hey i feel i need to lose some weight for summer i might just pop down to the hospital put a drip up my nose not eat for 10 days and have a bunch of random nurses etc checking me its just wierd ,,, sure makes me appreciate my approach more next time…

I love my polar, i have even worn the chest strap to bed one night without notcing it never bothers me as long as you get the right size they do make bigger straps etc also as everyone else has said it really is the only accurate way and i havent actually seen any that dont have it ,,, good luck onyour mission to find one…
