this is so true i never worried about my weight it was just me. and not til i decided to make the life style change that i realised how sluggish and lazy i had become. but my biggest moment was reaching that stage that i was no longer obese it really put a smile on my face. This is my fav lunch too in Aussie we buy it flavoured with onion and chive or gherkin or sweet chilli then i have it on cruskits very easy for the office desk

i agree with flab2sixpack (love that name) out of all the photos of me i hate most of them especially snapshots as you are never posing to your best. do the homework and take the photos im sure you will find some you like

congrats its a great feeling to fit into the skinny jeans even better i had my new jeans getting a little loose so reverted back to my belt and had to put a new hole in it a good 3 inches along. its the small milestones that make us smile and see the lighter us at the end of the tunnel

yes the belly is last to go (sigh) my gym says cardio so a running i go with ab exercises thrown in, my natropath says to embrace the lower belly as most women have it after children (argh) so im sorry i dont think there is any easy answers

After reading all these i have tears in my eyes aghhh all the memories that im starting to relive with my grandson though i must say IM REALLY REALLY OVER LIGHTNING MCQUEEN. But when his little face screws up when i say cant we watch something else my heart just melts

i have the same problem my gym told me cardio cardio cardio with some ab excercises mixed in ..im trying hard and hopefully i will see a change. it is apparently the last fat to move and the hardest. but i think i may get some fish oil now and cross my fingers it will help..ps you look fantastic

gym is great and this comes from someone over a year ago would never have thought i would enjoy but i made the decision and havent looked back. i wear a vest, 3/4 leggins and good trainers - yes go get fitted very important. i dont use a hrm. just go and have fun i dont think anyone goes to gym as a fashion statement just…

I know what you mean i hit the overweight bmi last week and i must say my smile increased greatly. even though i have never believed the bmi as a standard its nice to know you have dropped from the obese catergory.:drinker: :drinker: cheers

Onion and Chive cottage cheese and Cruskits..yum yum i have been having it a bit lately as i can eat at my desk and its easy as then follow up with a Nestle diet choc mousse for a sweet hit.

I use runkeeper on my iphone it keeps track and also emails you congratulation when you have gone further than before you can also keep track on the computer with maps, how far, how long, calories, time per k and it is very similar to the breakdown on mfp when you add it in to that. its free give it a go

Im the same just veges or salad with no protein doesnt fill me up either. If you are not trying to really lose weight just tone you should just be on maintenance and up the exercise this will do both add a bit of weight loss and firm your body

def need to show you work well in a team and can work autonomously so even a maccas job helps these days but internship is a def plus..good luck positive thoughts help too
