The biggest sign for me was I couldn't stand the smell of perfumes, food or any strong odors. That's when I knew something was baking in my oven :laugh:

My GW is 125 I'm 5'8" The BMI tracker says that I'm at a healthy range from 121-164lbs. I'm currently 145lbs but I don't feel good at this weight. I've been in the 120's before and that's my happy weight. It really depends on what you feel most comfortable at but it defo should be at the healthy range and not under. Oh…

For week 2 I lost 1 lb I'm down to 150 now. I'm still down with the flu so no exercising for me this past few days I'm just trying my best to log whatever I eat even if it's junk cause my body is not up to cooking just yet. I miss working out, it sucks! :sick:
