^This but I also try to eat healthy most of the time I just don't deprive myself when it comes to treats as long as I stay under / within my calorie goal.

I'm taking optimum nutrition gold whey protein after my workout and it cuts the soreness in half. So far I've only tried strawberry flavor and it tastes good except a tad too sweet. And by the way I mix it with skim milk.

When you plateau zigzag your calories and vary your workouts to confuse your metabolism and your muscles.... At least that's what I read somewhere. Don't worry too much! Good luck :)
