  • I use Jay Robb's Whey. It's 110cal/scoop. I like the vanilla one because it taste great with everything (almond milk w/ peanut butter or dole's juice with fresh fruit). It doesn't have an after taste either.

  • Don't stop chica!!! Insanity is very Insane but you were able to get thru the first month!!! And that's big!!! Keep going! You'll thank yourself in the end!!! I'm 2 wks away from month #2 with Insanity so I truly understand. If you give up now you'll keep doing that! Stick to it!!! You'll get better in about a week or so!!!
