Hi all! I'm about 5'4 and just started with MFP 3 weeks ago. Before I signed up I'm already starting to lose some weight but I feel like it's not enough. After signing up here, I've been running 5-10 miles (4x) a week and 1 hr of circuit training (2x) a week. Plus limiting my calorie intake to about 1200-1500 a day. So far…

Do not bring any cash or cards with you. In short if you don't have any means to buy those foods then you won't eat it.

Try to take it slow at first. Try to brisk walking or jog slowly for the first few days and increase your speed as the days go by. This works for me and proud to say that I can run a half marathon now.
