I feel your pain. My midsection is my trouble are, as I am top heavy and it seems to always be the LAST place the fat wants to leave when weight loss happens. I will lose in my face first, chest, legs, arms, THEN stomach lol If you figure out a magic trick let me know!

In response to ketosis I was on the HCG diet about a year ago which is extreme though I did lose a significant amount of weight and have only fluctuated 10 pounds give or take above what I lost. If you get a regular sized hamburger or cheeseburger, the cals are surprisingly low. Then get a side salad, and top it off with a fruit and yogurt parfait for dessert. You will feel satisfied and def not deprived

I was following this and fell off HARD but i was steadily losing abt 2 lbs a week. i still look at ingredients on things for flour and hidden sugars, and it certainly makes a difference. I am thinking about getting back on it!
