  • In addition to good shoes, get a good fitting bra and use wicking socks and follow a Couch to 5K program. Just stick with it and take your time. I started with a C25K program too and I now also volunteer coach for runners. Good luck.
  • My daughter was diagnosed with high cholestrol when she was in middle school. When we met with the dietician she asked what we ate thinking that might be the culprit and other than cheese and cookies our family diet was pretty healthy. It was a genetic disposition.
