How about Yoga at home? Lots of basic Yoga dvds available out there..or on the net (youtube it!). It's a nice calorie burn..light....stretching...mind-body...and relaxing.. Different styles of yoga out there will never get you bored... good luck. -Milan

For me, I tell my trainer, my dietician, my friends, and family my goals...so it becomes reality. Then I'm forced to live that reality. The more people I tell, the more accountability I have. Livestrong.com has a calorie counter too. I find my self "googling" to verify "dubious" calorie and nutirional info on this site. So if in doubt, just google or go to livestrong.com. :) Happy counting!
