i use the tap and track app for my ipod since for some reason i cant download this app. it lets me sync to their website, so i know i wont forget what i ate that day. then when i can get on the computer, i log on to T&T and MFP and transfer everything. i use a few different apps on the ipod for like quick 5 minute work…

i dont know much about this but what about logging half to pilates, and half to yoga? like if you do it for an hour, 30 minutes to pilates, 30 minutes to yoga. i dunno if that would work, but if its a mixture of both, why not?
