  • It has been my experience that weekly weigh-ins work. Based on what you ate and how much you worked out during the week you can determine what’s working and what’s not working.
  • This is the post for me. I started out at 240 pounds, my current weight is 213, my goal weight is 180. I workout at least 5 days aweek, using Hip Hop Abs, and cardio equipment at the Y. I also watch what I eat by using meal replacement shakes daily. I am not giving up on myself, I will reach my goal.:smile:
