I've been at same weight for year or better. I wasn't keep track of my eating like I should, I did exersized but feel this kept me at maintaining and strength. I'm starting fresh again, 25lbs to go

I'm always cold unless working out or 80's and sunny! I wear fleece pj's/socks at night and heated mattress pad. My hands & feet are cold most of time.
