About 3 months into it I started loving it =) I still think of it as work but I love the afterglow and the good feelings I get when i'm done working out.. If i go two days without working out I really hate how I feel. (more tired, lazy..) Anyways now i'm addicted to it so I'm at the gym almost every day =) Hope this helped.

Yes and no.. Exercise is great for boosting your metabolism but if its only cardio its only really raised while you are exercising. If you want to be burning more calories during all the other times of the day you need to build more muscle. Muscle burns more fat even while at rest and thus raises your metabolism. =)…

For me its Dubstep.. It gets the heart going and the beats are easy to follow at about a 6.5 mph pace on a treadmill or elliptical.

I log it as circuit training. I've heard its about 600 cals per hour and slightly lower for the yoga disk.. I'm not positive though.

I Feel the same way! as you know, healthy eating is eating smaller meals but more of them.. and of course not eating foods that are fried or heavily processed.. well.. maybe on occasion ;)
