  • I recommend beachbody programs. SOmetimes you can find them online, but most of the time you have to order through their site.   • polar ft 7...love it!! one of the best things ive bought!! You can get it on amazon. They also have polar ft4...its almost the same thing...not as much fun stuff, but still really good :)
