  • I basically use the 4.2 sweat points = 1 calorie formula. I try to do the moves as close to the dancer as I can, but some of them are ridiculous lol. Namely the Rasputin song. I wish there was a way to calculate calories according to your weight.
  • Cream cheese pancakes - 2 oz. cream cheese , 2 eggs, 1 pack Stevia or sweetener, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon. Blend together and let rest for 2 minutes. This makes 4 pancakes. The whole batch is 344 calories, 29g fat, 2.5g net carbs, 17g protein. These and some sugar free syrup and you're good to go! Just look at the pics on this…
  • I just found this helpful blog post on how to freeze/reheat soups. It has tips and tricks on what to omit before freezing so that it doesn't thaw out weird. http://www.soupchick.com/2011/09/how-to-freeze-and-reheat-soup.html
  • Mmmmmm rotisserie chicken is a great idea! I haven't done that in ages. Dinner is very overwelming to me. Sometimes I don't eat enough throughout the day, so my appetite is ravenous by dinner time. Freezing soups/chili is a great. Salad/soup is always filling for me.
