My wife takes care of the green stuff in spring, summer, and fall...and I take care of the white stuff in the winter. Some years she gets the better deal, other years I get the better deal. It's win-win really :)

Vegas, duh.

disappointed.....again.
-
imo, *what* you are you doing is more important than *how often*....but doing something is better than nothing. what kind of strength training and cardio are you doing?
-
I hope you have 9-1-1 on speed dial.
-
should prolly start using protein powder obvi....that'll make you huuuuuuge
-
don't lift - you'll get all bulky and stuff

if you're not hitting your protein goals through "real" food it's a-ok to get it from a supplement (that's what they're designed for - NOT for meal replacements). i'll throw another vote out there for optimum nutrition gold standard whey protein.

Scandi Shakes got me through the early and late phases of head and neck radiation - I had to rely on my g-tube during the super tough times. They've got about 600 calories/shake when made with milk. They don't taste the greatest but when you're looking for a lot of calories in a small, quick, and easy to swallow package…

not sure if srs or trolling..... if srs, seek professional medical and/or psychological help. if trolling, gtfo.

9 months. Exactly. To the date. It was even a Friday. 9 months ago I was sitting in my ENT's office when I heard the words that I will never forget: "You have cancer." I can hardly believe that it has been that long. On one hand it seems like it has gone by in the blink of an eye. But on the other hand it feels like it has…

Water and a good dump.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "better"? I can't workout within an hour of eating of we'll need a mop and a bucket in aisle 2. I'm just getting back into running again and usually have something light, let it settle a bit, and then get at it. I tried running in a fasted state a few times last year (right after…

It's important to eat breakfast every day? Interesting.....
-
dude. eat more. your bmr is ~2000-2200 depending on where you look. that's just what you need to stay alive if you stayed in bed all day. if you're not hungry, eat more calorie-dense foods.
-
lol.... take half the money you were going to spend on it, light it on fire, and flush the other half down the toilet.
-
Nope, but it's likely impossible that you were even consuming a fraction of a percent of what those mice were getting. Now run along, dear. Next. ETA: you should probably also learn the difference between correlation and causation for when you are reading your "research" papers. just FYI.

when i used to do both on the same day it was lifting then cardio

don't buy in to the meal timing stuff. 2,000 calories in one sitting or spread throughout 5 small "meals"...doesn't matter - unless you have a medical condition and need to worry about things like blood sugar levels, as an example.
-
Yep, it's a big guv'ment conspiracy to kill us all. Do you know how much of that stuff you would have to consume to get the equivalent of what the mice were getting? Didn't think so. Take off the tinfoil hat.
-
lolz....using teh google for resurch.
