I can pound 4000 calories without blinking an eye. You don't have to eat a lot of food to eat a lot of calories.

if your only goal is to lose weight it's as simple as: eat fewer calories than you expend during the day.

everyone's hydration needs are different. instead of focusing on "zomg i need Xoz. of teh waterz each day" just drink enough water so your urine is colorless or slightly yellow. that means you're hydrated.
