You're either under-estimating what you are eating or over-estimating your calorie burns during exercise. Or a combination of both. Buy a scale. Weigh all your food.

not drinking milk will not help you lose weight. eating fewer calories than you use/burn in a day will.

How are you calculating calories burned during exercise? You're probably not burning as many calories as you think. Do you use a kitchen scale to weigh your food? If not, you're likely under-estimating your intake.

If you're eating at a deficit you won't (and can't) gain mass. It's likely water retention even after more than a few weeks.

ScandiShakes are relatively palatable compared to Boost, Ensure, etc. I used them during head & neck radiation while I could still swallow before having to rely on my G-tube. I know pain and discomfort is relative but just keep in mind that things could be worse.

then you are either under-estimating what you are eating (buy a kitchen scale, use it to weigh your food) or over-estimating calorie burns during exercise...or possibly both. no need to go paleo, low carb, clean, grain free, whole 30, shakeosdlgak;dg jahrlh ;hdg ; gd or anything like that.

lol...shake only diet...plus veggies...plus entrees. i'm a vegetarian...except i eat beef....and chicken....and pork.

Just be patient and don't overdo it the first few days. Yes, they're rough and yes it hurts. I remember barely being able to walk for 3-4 days after I first started. It will get better.
